This month SuCo wants to spotlight someone who makes the internet interesting and engaging with her visual arts, Bobby Zahova. Bobby came onboard in the Spring of 2024 with over a decade in the visual arts working on big budget Hollywood films, animation and brand content creation across industries. She has created many design concepts that have driven our creative strategy for our Performance Marketing. Our ads have gone from meh, to wow over the last year. Bobby is also spearheading the updating of our MyHomePros brand with new engaging and educational content, and brand guides to make sure everything you see online from MyHomePros is consistent and professional. Bobby is a professional collaborator within our team and brings positive energy into everything we do! Take a minute to learn a little more about Bobby…
What’s one project you’re especially proud of, and why?
One project I’m especially proud of is the upcoming organic short explainer video series we’re currently developing for our YouTube channel. It’s still in the very early stages, but I’m excited about its potential to make complex home-improvement topics more engaging and easier to understand.
This project feels especially meaningful because it aligns perfectly with my college major in Animation Directing, bringing together storytelling, motion and visual clarity to educate homeowners in a creative, brand-consistent way. I’m proud of the foundation we’re building and motivated to see how these videos will grow our presence and help more people connect with our message and purpose. Refining the process for image consistency, integrating brand elements across mediums not only strengthens brand identity but makes complex home-improvement concepts approachable to homeowners. As a first-time homeowner, I learn my lessons the hard way so why not give a chance to people like me to learn something the fun way instead.
How do you stay on top of digital trends or come up with fresh ideas?
When it comes to staying on top of digital trends and generating new ideas, I draw from a combination of years of experience and a strong understanding of what truly captures our audience’s attention. I use past campaign results, and creative patterns that have worked well, then adapt those insights to current trends and adjust to the challenges of the constantly evolving digital landscape.
What’s the most rewarding part of seeing your work “go live?”
The most rewarding part of seeing my work go live is watching ideas I’ve spent time shaping finally connect with real people. There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing a creative concept perform well and resonate with our audience. In an age overflowing with digital content, it feels amazing when your work stands out against the endless content out there.
What’s your go-to source for creative inspiration (podcast, site or person)?
My go-to source for creative inspiration comes from following other creative artists across different disciplines. I’m inspired by fine art, digital art, sewing, illustration, animation, just name it. I love seeing how artists in different artistic spaces express ideas through color, texture, shape and storytelling.
Exploring such a wide range of creative work helps me think beyond trends and find fresh ways to bring originality into my own projects. It reminds me that creativity has no single formula and that inspiration can come from anywhere when you stay curious and open to new perspectives.
What’s something on your bucket list you’re hoping to check off soon?
