Further, Suited Connector, LLC is committed to handling an applicant’s information in a secure environment. Suited Connector, LLC will disseminate information in a manner that a credit seeker or applicant would allow and as Federal and State laws require. All financial services applicants who submit an application with Suited Connector, LLC are consenting that they have read and understand the following privacy policy as stated below:
SUITED CONNECTOR, LLC SECURITY
Suited Connector, LLC employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to transmit data between an applicant’s browser and the Suited Connector, LLC web server. To use our websites, an applicant will need an SSL-capable browser such as MS Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher.
USE OF INFORMATION COMPILED AT SUITED CONNECTOR, LLC
Our websites use short forms which enables financial services seekers to be matched with one or more companies within the Suited Connector, LLC network. In order to be contacted, an applicant must complete a financial services request by completing an application located on one of our websites. Once submitted, Suited Connector, LLC’s application technology will match a consumer with one to four companies within our network. In most cases, a company will contact a consumer regarding requests within 24 hours. There is no fee charged or billed to an applicant by Suited Connector, LLC for the above service.
Once matched, a company may utilize an applicant’s information submitted at one of our websites. In addition, a company may use this information to evaluate an applicant’s eligibility, process an application or initiate and close a transaction. Many companies have proprietary privacy policies regarding dissemination of personal information.
Licensed organizations are subject to Federal and State laws and regulations that for their practices. Suited Connector, LLC has no direct control over information handling practices within the Suited Connector, LLC network. However, Suited Connector, LLC contractually requires companies within our network to refrain from disclosing confidential consumer information to third parties that are not affiliated with the application process.
Suited Connector, LLC logs Internet protocol (IP) server addresses for system administration purposes and catalogs traffic patterns through this site. However, this information is not linked to an applicant’s personal information.

Suited Connector, LLC maintains reasonable commercial standards to ensure that information submitted by applicant credit seekers is used accurately within our network.
AFFILIATED PARTNERS
Suited Connector, LLC mandates that affiliated partners handle applicant information under confidential conditions. At any given time, Suited Connector, LLC may enter into agreements with affiliated partners to assist Suited Connector, LLC with any aspect of daily business or to perform data processing. Suited Connector, LLC requires all affiliated partners to maintain strict confidentiality of applicant information. Suited Connector, LLC takes these measures to support our Privacy Principles and to comply with applicable law.
THIRD PARTY OFFERS
When you register with one of Suited Connector, LLC’s websites, you explicity authorize us to share your information with our email marketing partners to contact you via email, SMS, telephone and/or direct mail.
