What’s the biggest myth about affiliate partnerships you’d love to debunk?

That there is a single path to success for all affiliates (or affiliate managers!). No two partnerships ever look the same. What works beautifully for one affiliate or offer might fall completely flat for another. Strong partnerships are built through ongoing communication, transparency, shared strategy — and a whole lot of trial and error.

If you could give one piece of advice to someone entering affiliate marketing, what would it be?

Keep at it. Stay organized. Question everything — why something worked, why it didn’t and what you can learn from both. Test constantly. Lean on your team; they are one of your strongest resources for success. And don’t be greedy with margins — the more you give, the more you get.

What’s a skill you’ve developed in this role that surprised you?

Balance. Managing partner needs, internal targets, and personal performance requires a steady hand and a lot of adaptability. It’s a constant dance to find the right alignment for success.

What’s something you hope to accomplish over the next year in the affiliate space?

Consistently hit $2 million in monthly revenue across my accounts 💃🏻

What’s a small thing that instantly makes your day better?

Hearing my kiddos laugh!

If you were a season, which one would you be and why?

Summer! Warm, upbeat and absolutely encouraging a spicy marg!
