SuCo Spotlight May ’26 – Ali Saleh
This month, SuCo wants to spotlight a true standout of our Home Services team, Ali Saleh. In his five years at SuCo, Ali has done what only the best do, he has grown. Starting on the Product Team and rising to Senior Director of Home Services, Ali’s journey is a testament to what dedication, commitment and a relentless drive to improve can accomplish. He doesn’t just keep up with the fast pace of our environment; he thrives in it. What makes Ali truly special is the rare combination of what he brings to the table. He is equal parts analyst and strategist, always looking for smarter ways to improve processes, sharpen monitoring, and strengthen relationships. He leads with confidence, yet remains genuinely open to learning something new. And if that weren’t enough, he does it with a passion that reminds us all why the work we do matters. Ali challenges us to be better, and we are grateful to have him as a staple on our team. Take a minute to learn a little more about Ali…
How do you balance big-picture strategy with staying connected to what is happening on the ground?
I balance my focus by intentionally carving out time for big-picture thinking, even when it means stepping back from immediate action. I’ve learned that the day-to-day can’t always take priority if I want to ensure we’re making real progress toward our long-term goals.
What motivates you when things get challenging?
I view challenges as an opportunity for growth. I’m motivated by the chance to turn an obstacle into a new opportunity to master.
What’s one word you would use to describe the home services team, and why?
Resilient – The team weathers every storm with the same durability and strength as the siding or roofing on a home.
What’s a piece of advice that’s stuck with you in your career?
Treat everyone in the building and the organization with respect. How you treat the cleaning staff is the truest reflection of your character and the leader you choose to be.
What’s always stocked in your fridge?
My fridge is a temple of survival: Diet Coke fuels that inevitable midday (sometimes morning) slump, while a stash of chocolate stands by as the reward to sweeten the end of the day.
What’s a random skill or talent you have?
Thanks to a shoulder injury, I usually know when the weather is drastically changing.
