What trends in affiliate marketing are you most excited about right now?
I’m excited about the GROWTH trend! Now that the holiday season and 1:1 are behind us, the whole team is feeling great about our growth among the current offers and being able to put energy into the launch/growth of our newest offer focuses throughout the remainder of the year.
Can you share a success story where an affiliate partnership really took off?
In my 14 years in the affiliate marketing space, I’ve had the privilege of working with affiliates who started with little experience and grew into top performers, as well as those who tested new offers and successfully scaled them to profitability. What makes these achievements even more meaningful are the friendships that I have formed along the way. The connections I’ve built over the years are not just a part of my job – they are the reason I love what I do, making every success story even more rewarding.
How does SuCo stand out in the affiliate marketing space?
SuCo is committed to building long-term partnerships with our affiliates because we believe that is the biggest key to success on both sides of the table. Our team doesn’t approach the day to day as a simple business transaction, we see it as a collaborative effort to drive sustained growth while celebrating our wins together along the way. And extra special shoutout to our incredible analytics team who provides us with data driven insights with greater depth and accuracy than I have ever seen before – they’ve helped us refine our strategies and in turn strengthened our partnerships with our clients.
What’s been your proudest moment in this role?
I absolutely love working with, collaborating, and learning from this team. One of my favorite moments was last August when Kara suggested we create a mission statement as a team while we were all in office. Everyone contributed ideas and feedback to come up with something I know we are all proud of: “We create innovative solutions with empathy and accountability that drive collective results”
Do you have any family traditions that are special to you?
I enjoy finding ways to celebrate the big and small holidays, especially since year to year it’s so different with the boys. It’s almost Easter where I make my husband dress up as the Easter Bunny while the kids are collecting eggs. Decorating the Christmas tree is also a big deal for us as each ornament comes from a trip we’ve taken over the years, turning it into a trip down memory lane. And I always love finding special outfits for the boys — matching of course.
