This month SuCo wants to spotlight a member of our Home Services team that is helping to take us to new heights, Tyler Young. Tyler joined the Home Services team in March of 2023 and hit the ground running by building strong relationships with our buyer network in the accounts that he has managed. As a Senior Account Manager of Strategic Accounts, Tyler is proactive in testing new ideas and products to help us grow, while maintaining a laser focus on customer KPI’s to ensure our buyer networks continued success as well. He has become our teams “go-to” for knowledge and insights when it comes to click traffic campaigns. Tyler is a “rockstar” in more ways than one and we are so grateful to have him as a member of the team. Take a minute to learn a little more about Tyler.

What is your favorite thing about working here at SuCo?

It’s by far the people. SuCo is made up of incredibly smart, honest, and genuinely considerate individuals, and that creates an environment where collaboration feels natural and encouraging. I truly feel that anyone here would be willing to help me with anything I ever ask, regardless of their department or role. That level of openness and support makes it easy to learn, grow, and do my best work, and it’s something I really value about being part of the SuCo team.

What part of the sales process do you secretly love the most?
The part of the sales process I secretly love the most is problem-solving and delivering real results for my buyers. I genuinely enjoy digging into a buyer’s account, identifying opportunities or challenges, and making thoughtful changes to improve their outcomes. There’s something especially rewarding about seeing those adjustments play out in real time and knowing that they directly contributed to a win for the buyer. Helping them succeed and watching tangible results come from strategic decisions I’ve made is what makes the work exciting and fulfilling for me.

What’s your most memorable win here at SuCo? And why is it the most memorable?
One of my most memorable wins at SuCo has been one of my top accounts. When they first came on as a buyer, there were limitations as to how much I could help them scale their account. However, at the beginning of 2025, they agreed to test a new methodology which is when the account truly started to take off.

What makes this win especially memorable is how hesitant they initially were to make the change, given that similar tests with other publishers hadn’t worked for them in the past. Earning their trust and guiding them through that transition was a big moment for me. Since making the switch, the results have spoken for themselves. Seeing that level of growth come from strategic recommendations I’ve made and from the strong buyer partnership I’ve created made this win incredibly rewarding.

What’s one thing people are always surprised to learn about you

One thing people are always surprised to learn about me is that I play guitar in an internationally touring Rock band. We were signed to a record label, we’ve toured extensively throughout North America, the UK, and Europe, we’ve recorded with Travis Barker and even opened for Blink-182, playing to crowds of 10,000+ people a night!

It’s a huge creative outlet for me and has taught me a lot about discipline, teamwork, and performing under pressure, all skills that translate well into my professional life!
